BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to a high demand of our services, and with our therapists being highly sought-after at The Aesthetic Skin Clinic, we ask that prior to booking an appointment you agree to our terms and conditions.
Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. $50 deposits are required for all skin appointments regardless of any prepaid packages on accounts. For cancellation and no shows of appointments within 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to appointment bookings to ensure all relevant forms are signed. If you are running late, the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their next following procedure.
This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect The Aesthetic Skin Clinic’s interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.
At The Aesthetic Skin Clinic we accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, ZipPay and Afterpay, unfortunately we do not accept bank cheques or American Express.
All appointments preformed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day. If you fail to pay for your treatment on the day or leave the premises without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forthwith be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled. In this circumstance, The Aesthetic Skin Clinic holds the rights to legally pursue this incident.
The Aesthetic Skin Clinic offers all clients the option to Zip Pay and Afetrpay as a method of Payment.
Zip Pay and Afterpay payments are to be used on all skin treatments, skin packages, products and laser hair removal.
Zippay and Aferpay is not available with cosmetic injectables
Zip Pay and Afterpay is available on a minimum spend of $150.
We strongly advise to create a Zip Pay/Aferpay account prior to your appointment time/day to ensure you are approved and eligible. The Aesthetic Skin Clinic has no involvement with Zip Pay/Aferpay’s eligibility and repayments.
All prepaid treatments and services at The Aesthetic Skin Clinic have no expiration date.
For the above factor, The Aesthetic Skin Clinic does not provide refunds on any prepaid treatments or change of mind. We abide by the Consumer Affairs Victoria “Change of Mind” Policy in which you can view at https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/products-and-services/business-practices/store-policies/change-of-mind
Prepaid treatments are non transferable to another client.
Prepaid treatments are non transferable to another area of the body.
If you wish to discontinue the prepaid treatments, we are happy to transfer to another service or product within the clinic with a matching value.
If a client is a no show on the day of the appointment or a cancellation within 24 hours, a prepaid treatment will be forfeited for our therapists time.
The Aesthetic Skin Clinic provides gift vouchers for dollar amounts and treatments.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after the end date.
Any lost vouchers cannot be replaced and “no show” to appointments after booking will mean the voucher can no longer be used.
The voucher must be brought in with you on the day or it can not be redeemed.
Vouchers are non refundable and transferable to another client.
