We encourage all of our clients to book in advance 2-3 appointments to ensure they can get in at their desired time frame. Due to our clinic and therapists being in high demand, most of our clients will always pre-book.
Yes. We encourage you to see the same skin and laser therapist for all of your appointments however if at one stage you cannot, another therapist will be well informed of your treatment journey, progress and history/results.
A skin consultation is always required before any skin treatment performed in clinic. This is to ensure we can prescribe and tailor your treatment and or products correctly to help you achieve the best and most safest results possible.
We stock iSClinical, Lira Clinical and Dermaviduals. Lira & iSClinical are both formulated in California, USA. Dermaviduals is formulated in Germany.
It is very important to our company that we do not work with or affiliate ourselves with any company that tests on animals or is associated with any animal cruelty or harm. We believe in being a cruelty-free company. We do not provide authorisation to any third parties to perform animal testing on product we we sell.
Yes, all of our brands we stock are vegan. There is one product however in the Dermaviduals line that contains beeswax which is a lip balm.
Dermaviduals unique manufacturing processing allows for a shelf life of up to 24 months, with most of our products, once the product has been opened. Unopened, most remain viable for 36 months. However, there are certain “actives” contained in some of our products that need to be used within 3 months of opening. These are rose hip oil and linseed oil.
Yes, our whole is clinical range can be used when your are pregnant or breastfeeding as it is non systemically absorbed into the blood stream. With our other 2 brands we suggest cutting out any of the products that contain vitamin A and certain acids however please check with our skin specialists and we can guide you in the right direction.
A true allergic reaction will be within 24hours after using a product. Allergies do not develop over time so if you notice you are developing a response from using a product that you have always been using there may be something else going on that our skin specialists will be able to help you with. If you have had a true reaction to a product, please contact us immediately and our admin team will organise for you to come in to see your skin specialist and change over your product to something more suitable.
Using a combination of different skin care lines is always discouraged as they use different ingredients that have not been tested and may prove to be incompatible. Our product lines contain very active ingredients that are able to be transported directly into the skin it is strongly advised that your regime consist only of the one product line to avoid any potential skin irregularities. When changing from traditional products containing ingredients not compatible with the bilayers of the skin such as fragrances, mineral oils and preservatives, it will sometimes take a few weeks to for your skin to adjust. Your Skin Treatment Therapist is the best person to guide you through this transition.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, AfterPay and ZipPay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or American Express. If you are paying with after pay and zip pay, you must have a valid account before coming into the clinic to ensure payment processing is approved.
Please note, we do not provide refunds on any treatments, products or packages. We are governed by the Australian Consumer Law, that the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. If you change your mind after purchasing any treatments or products with us, we will not provide a refund however we can use the dollar amount to another product or treatment within our company.
We have no expiration date on any prepaid laser treatments or packages. We have 12 months expiration date for all skin treatments and packages. Packages and services will not be extended outside of this time frame.
We have a 14-day return policy only on faulty items. If your item is faulty then you may return to us for a replacement during this period. Anything after this we will not accept.
All sales must be paid for before the sale ending date. Sale ending dates will be announced via emails and via all of our social media platforms. There is also no refunds on any sale products or treatments as per our refund policy guidelines.
This can be done in clinic with our front of house admin team. They will capture all of your contact details and sign you up into our GLOWSQUAD system once you have confirmed which program you are wanting to do. The program will be available on your phone to access at any time.
Glow points are available for everyone who purchases products and treatments with TASC. For every $1 spent = 1 point. When you reach 800 points you will receive a $45 voucher to use in clinic off all full priced product and treatment.
You have paid for either a 3 month program or 6 month program upfront therefore as per our refund policy we strictly do not provide any refunds. When joining the skin membership program, it must be followed through for the duration of the paid period. You are able to put it on hold however no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
Yes you sure can. You may sign up for another membership once your original membership has been finalised.
No. Our membership program has very strict guidelines and has been created to work in correctly with pricing discounts therefore you can not "cash out" or swap around treatments.
No. All skin memberships are strictly for the one individual.
Your prepaid treatment will be deducted from your account as per our regular cancellation policy guidelines.
